While walking around the area, we had the impression that this is the Mysłowice hub of small services. In simple words - everything is here. At the same time, the building is set back from the main road, allowing us to maintain intimacy and experience silence and peace without listening to the sounds of the city. The estate was built in 2018, designed quite simply in a non-controversial way, allowing us to believe that this form will not age for many years. Between the buildings, there are only pedestrian paths, and car traffic has been completely removed outside the "gates" and under the building. Adding to this quick and hassle-free access to Katowice, still affordable prices, the nearby QuickPark does not surprise us that it is so hard to find apartments in this estate, as they disappear at a surprising pace. A great showcase is also the fact that Poznański Developer chose this place to enter the Silesian market and nearby (but not super close, 500 meters in a straight line), he started building over 700 new apartments.

A six-point induction hob (!), built-in microwave (!), furniture built to the ceiling - as we know, storage space is never too much. We mentioned the bed in the wardrobe, in the photos it is hardly visible, so it is hard to believe. A more precise description is that this bed is built-in. The bathroom has a bathtub with a rain shower, and glass - so we have two in one, a bathtub and a shower as needed. There are also hidden washing machine and dryer, which of course remain!
Although the apartment is still in use, it is available from now. Considering that there is no need for any renovations, it does not need to be furnished, you can move in almost immediately.
There is an option, which we strongly encourage, to purchase a parking space in the underground garage for the price of 50,000 PLN.
