located in a multi-family residential building on plot number 3/15 from the SHR Plochin registration area for which the District Court in Pruszkow VI Land and Mortgage Register Department maintains land and mortgage register number WA1P/00044583/7.

The sold residential premises along with the share in the common property are not encumbered with limited property rights, mortgage and do not constitute the subject of claims.

The multi-family residential building in which the sold residential premises are located is under the care of the conservator of monuments.

15 1020 1185 0000 4602 0019 2351 by October 8, 2025 with the note in the title of the transfer "deposit for residential premises number …… in the building at Fabryczna Street 5 in the SHR Plochin registration area".

IMPORTANT:

In the dotted place in the title of the deposit, the number of the premises to which the payment relates should be entered, otherwise, in the absence of the possibility of identifying the deposit in relation to a specific premises, the deposit will be considered incorrectly paid, and thus the payer will not be allowed to participate in the auction.

The date of payment of the deposit is considered to be the receipt of the required amount in the aforementioned bank account of the Municipality of Ozarow Mazowiecki.

Participants in the auction who are not buyers of the property the deposit will be returned to the bank account from which the deposit was made, within three working days from the date of closing the auction.

The auction will take place on October 15, 2025, at 11:00 in the building at Konotopska Street 4 in Ozarow Mazowiecki in the conference room located on the second floor – room number 201.
