Aleksandra Wachocka - Syndic of the bankruptcy estate - an individual not conducting business activities appointed in bankruptcy proceedings conducted in the District Court for Lodz-Center in Lodz, XIV Economic Division for Bankruptcy and Restructuring - case reference LD1M/GUp-s/758/2024, invites offers for the purchase:

- of a residential unit constituting a separate property no. 58 located in block no. 2 on Warynskiego Street in Wieruszow. According to land records, the right to the unit is located in the Lodz Voivodeship, Wieruszow County, Wieruszow city, precinct 1 in a residential building built on the lot with number 3388/3. For the right to the residential unit constituting a separate property, a land and mortgage register is kept in the District Court in Wielun in the V Land and Mortgage Division with the number SR1W/00095003/0.

The property is located in a multi-local building in the northern part of the city surrounded by multi-family residential development. The lot has direct access to an asphalt public road.

12. The property is sold in the manner of negotiation, however in the form of a written-offer competition, and this announcement is an invitation to submit offers;

13. Payment for the Object of Sale should be made no later than the day of concluding the sale agreement to the bank account indicated by the syndic, and the protocol transfer of the object of the agreement will take place within 3 days from the day of concluding the sale agreement;

14. Should the bidder whose offer has been selected withdraw from concluding the sale agreement, the syndic may offer the purchase of the property to the next bidder whose offer met the requirements contained in these regulations.
