The property constitutes a plot of land marked with the registration number 122/18 with an area of 632 m2. The land intended for sale is located in the southern part of the village of Walkowiska adjacent to the channel of the power plant which is a section of the Wda River. The plot is roughly triangular in shape. Currently, there is a commercial pavilion on it, which will be demolished by its current owner before the notarial deed is concluded and thus will not be the subject of sale. Access to the plot from the main asphalt road via a bridge over the channel. The plot is located at the fork of the roads leading south to GPZ and west towards the dam on the channel.
