The bankruptcy trustee announces the sale through public auction:

A ¾ share in the local real estate property number 12 for residential purposes located on the third floor (fourth level) of a multi-apartment building number 8 situated at Generala Leopolda Okulickiego street in the Wyzwolenia estate, located in the Powisle area in the Fordon unit in Bydgoszcz, Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship. The District Court in Bydgoszcz X Department of Land and Mortgage Registers manages KW number BY1B/00069308/7.

Local number 12 with an area of 53.90 m² consists of two rooms, kitchen, bathroom with toilet, hallway, balcony, and a storage room with an area of 3.42 m². The total usable area is 57.32 m².

The sale price of the share is 230,225.00 PLN.

Sale conditions:

Submission of an offer to purchase the subject of the sale specifying the offered price, but not lower than the specified minimum price of 230,225.00 PLN, submitting a declaration that the bidder has familiarized themselves with the technical and legal status of the local real estate property and that they do not raise any objections in this regard.

Offers must be submitted by August 6, 2025, to the Bankruptcy Trustee's Office, ul. Torunska 300, Bydgoszcz 85-880 in closed envelopes marked “Offer – Okulickiego”.

A condition for the acceptance of the offer is the submission of a deposit of 10% of the starting price of the property, in the form of a bank transfer, no later than August 4, 2025, to the bankruptcy estate bank account number 05 1240 3493 1111 0011 3447 0901 maintained at Bank Pekao S. A. in Bydgoszcz, titled “deposit – property Okulickiego”. The opening of the offers will take place on August 8, 2025, at 12:30 in the trustee's office.

When choosing the offer, the trustee is guided by the offered price; the trustee will promptly inform all bidders of the selection of the offer. The trustee will set the date for the conclusion of the final sale agreement, and the entire purchase price will be paid into the bankruptcy estate account before the sale agreement is concluded. All costs related to the acquisition of the property are borne by its purchaser.
