NOTICE OF SECOND AUCTION OF THE PROPERTY

The Court Bailiff at the District Court in Mikolow, Bailiff's Office No. II in Mikolow, based on art. 953 of the Code of Civil Procedure in conjunction with art. 986 § 4 of the Code of Civil Procedure, informs that on the following dates:

Start date of the auction: 09.09.2025 at 10:00

End date of the auction: 16.09.2025 at 10:00

there will be a: second sale of the property by electronic auction located in the town of Gostyn, ul. Mamzera.

Description of the property: Share No. 2 [1/2] of the property - land property built with a single-family residential building, in a semi-detached structure, partially basement, two-story with a total usable area of 130.57 m2 and a farm building in a state of ruin.

The estimated value of share No. 2 [1/2] is 198,500.00 PLN, while the starting price is equal to 2/3 of the estimated value and amounts to 132,333.33 PLN.

The bidder participating in the auction should submit a deposit of one-tenth of the estimated value, which is the amount of 19,850.00 PLN.

The sale is not subject to VAT taxation, therefore no VAT invoice will be issued. The deposit must be submitted to the bailiff's bank account No: 29 1050 1634 1000 0022 0192 6314 ING Bank Slaski SA no later than 2 business days before the auction starts. The date of deposit submission is considered the day the bailiff's bank account is credited (art. 9865 §1 of the Code of Civil Procedure). The provisions of art. 964 of the Code of Civil Procedure do not apply.

According to art. 9865 §2 of the Code of Civil Procedure, along with the deposit, the bidder is obliged to provide in the IT system the data necessary to issue a decision on the award: PESEL number, identity document number, statement whether they are married, and if so, whether the property is intended for joint or personal property, indication whether bidding in their own name or as an attorney for another person, as well as other data if the need to provide them arises from the provisions of separate laws.

The property can be viewed two weeks before the start of the electronic auction.

Within two weeks before the auction, the files of this case along with the valuation report of the property will be made available for inspection at the bailiff's office.

The announcement of the property auction has been published on the website of the National Council of Bailiffs auctions. bailiff.pl.

The bailiff reserves the right to cancel the auction without giving reasons.
