DESCRIPTION: The trustee of the bankruptcy estate offers for sale, in a free market procedure, a 1/3 share in a property consisting of an undeveloped plot of land marked in the land registry with the number 351/3, with an area of 0.2635 ha, located in Kielce in the land registry area number 0025, at Prochownia Street (formerly at Prosta Street). The plot has a shape similar to an elongated rectangle with a width of about 22 m. It is located on a slight southern slope. On the northern side, it borders Prochownia Street along its entire width. The surface of the plot is covered with grasses and self-seeding plants. Prochownia Street, along the section adjacent to the subject plot, has a ground surface covered with stone aggregate. An overhead low-voltage power line runs along the roadside, which ends its overhead run before the property. New residential development is developing in the vicinity. Prochownia Street runs towards the city center, and at the junction with Cedzynska Street, which already has an asphalt surface, there is a public transport loop. Sales conducted in bankruptcy proceedings have the effects of enforcement sales.
