IN THE COURSE OF ELECTRONIC AUCTION
Court Bailiff at the District Court in Pruszkow Sylwia Lewinska announces to the public that

second electronic auction
of the property: share of 1/2 of the property located at: 05-090 Raszyn, ul. gen. Bema, Raszyn, for which the District Court in Pruszkow /l Land and Mortgage Register Department maintains the land and mortgage register No. WA1P/000xxxx/3.
The subject of the valuation is the land property - share 1/2, constituting land plot No. 891 precinct 02 Raszyn, located at ul. gen. Bema, in the town of Raszyn, in the municipality of Raszyn, pruszkowski county, mazowieckie voivodeship. The plot has an area of 500.00 m2, is built with a brick single-family residential building with three floors in semi-detached development (right segment) and a garage building. The valuation was prepared under conditions of limited access to the property, without inspection of the rooms inside the building. The standard of finishing the rooms inside the building for the purpose of preparing the valuation was assumed to be average. It was assumed that all rooms in the building are finished with average quality materials, in the last few years no major renovation has been carried out inside the building, and the current standard of finishing the rooms does not require a major renovation.
The auction will end on the day . at 12:00.
The property is valued at 581,000.00 PLN. The starting price is 2/3 of the estimated value, i.e. the amount of 387,333.33 PLN.
The bidder participating in the auction should submit a deposit of 1/10 of the estimated amount, which is 58,100.00 PLN.
The property can be viewed within two weeks before the auction from 10:00 to 18:00. The sale by electronic auction is conducted via the IT system available at the address: s://elicytacje.komornik,pl/.
Participation in the auction requires registration in the IT system servicing electronic auctions available at the address: 2 working days before the auction starts. The condition for participation in the auction is to create an individual account in the IT system. The deposit must be paid to the bailiff's bank account number: Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A. 0. in Piaseczno 49 1240 635111110010 8756 8304 no later than 2 working days before the auction starts. The date of the deposit is considered the day the bailiff's bank account is credited. The provisions of Article 964 of the Code of Civil Procedure do not apply. Along with the deposit, the bidder is obliged to provide in the IT system the data necessary to issue a decision on the award: PESEL number, identity document number, and a statement of whether they are married, and if so, whether they intend to acquire the property for joint or personal property, as well as to indicate whether they are bidding in their own name or as an attorney for another person, and any other data if the need to provide them arises from the provisions of separate laws.
Debtors, bailiffs, their spouses, children, parents, and siblings, as well as persons present at the auction in an official capacity, bidders who have not fulfilled the conditions of the previous auction, and persons who can acquire the property only with the permission of a state authority, and who have not presented this permission, cannot participate in the auction.
The auction begins and ends at the time indicated in the announcement of the auction of the property. If within 5 minutes before the planned end of the auction a bid is submitted, this time is extended by 5 minutes. If further bids are submitted during the additional time, the end time of the auction is extended by another 5 minutes each time until the bids cease. During the auction, bidders offer the purchase price via the IT system. The auction is won by the bidder whose offer was the highest at the end of the auction.
The rights of third parties will not hinder the auction and the awarding of ownership to the buyer without reservations, if these persons do not submit proof before the auction begins that they have filed a lawsuit to release the right of perpetual usufruct of the property or items occupied with it from enforcement and obtained a judgment in this regard suspending enforcement. Usufruct, easements, and rights of life tenants, if not disclosed in the land and mortgage register or by submitting a document to the collection of documents and not reported no later than 3 days before the auction begins, will not be taken into account in the further course of enforcement and will expire upon the finalization of the decision on the awarding of ownership.
