INTERNAL WALLS made of 10-12 cm reinforced concrete, contain electrical boxes and tubes for wires, arrangement determined at the design stage. Internal walls require smoothing and priming before painting.

CEILING the structure of the ceiling consists of the lower chords of the roof trusses.

ROOF the roof structure made of prefabricated trusses, designed to achieve the largest possible attic space. The roof membrane is attached directly to the roof trusses. The eaves are not included in the scope of the offer and work.

ROOF COVERING metal roofing in anthracite color along with guttering and roof processing in the color of the covering.

WINDOW JOINERY PVC windows and balcony doors (tilt-and-turn) with a coefficient U<0.9 W/(m2•K) with a warm frame, standard profile in white color on both sides, 3-glass 7-chamber package, installation using expansion tape, external steel window sills in the basic color palette.

DOORS external steel with a Uw coefficient of 1.1 W/(m2•K) in anthracite or winchester color, installation using expansion tape.
