Rules for shaping buildings, dimensions of objects: 1) maximum building height: a) for residential buildings - 9.0 m, b) for accompanying buildings 5 m, c) for shelters 3.5 m, d) for agricultural and farm buildings within the existing farm development at the time of the plan's adoption 10 m; 2) maximum number of above-ground floors of buildings: 2; 3) basements of buildings are permitted; 4) maximum level of building ground floor elevation 0.6 m; 5) it is required to shape the projection of the residential building in a rectangular projection of the main body of the building; 6) roof geometry: a) over the main body of the residential building, a gable roof with a slope angle of the main roof surfaces of not less than 35; roof windows and dormers are permitted on the roof surface not exceeding 25%, b) for accompanying buildings and shelters, a gable roof with a slope angle of the main roof surfaces of not less than 20; 7) in the case of reconstruction, renovation, expansion, or repair of existing buildings with dimensions other than those specified in the plan's provisions, it is permitted to leave the dimensions of the buildings and roof geometry as in the existing state, but this cannot increase the building area and the permissible maximum height of buildings beyond the parameters specified in these provisions.
