Location

For sale is an apartment in a great location, on the outskirts of the Widzew-Wschod estate. Well connected to the center and the Lodz Widzew train station - 80 m to tram stops (2 lines towards the center) and bus stops (4 lines). A famous park called "Widzewski Lasek" is located 600 m away - a large park with playgrounds, a skate park, and recreational areas.

Also significant for travelers is the proximity (about 5 min by car) to the Lodz Widzew station and about 10 min to the exit to the highway towards Gdansk/Warsaw or south to the mountains :)

Building

The apartment is located in a point block with an entrance secured by an intercom. There are two newly renovated elevators available. The location on the 6th floor provides plenty of light and a panoramic view from the windows - to the south and west. On a good day, you can see Belchatow. A wide view of the horizon and not into the neighbors' windows is a feature we greatly appreciate in this apartment.

Apartment

The apartment is fully functional, originally with 3 separate rooms. Currently, one room has been combined with the kitchen to create a living and relaxation area. The other two rooms (18.7 and 13.5 m2) serve as our and the children's bedrooms. Of course, it is possible to return to the original layout with a separate kitchen. The apartment is assigned two storage rooms - one located in the building's basement and the other on the floor (a room from the former chute).

We renovated the apartment in 2010 and it requires refreshing.

Utilities: water, electricity, gas, heating from municipal networks. Everything is metered except for central heating.

The furniture visible in the photos can be left or removed depending on needs.
