Dear Sir or Madam,
I am selling a spacious apartment in Czechowice-Dziedzice at Ignacy Lukasiewicz 7. The apartment is located in the attic of a three-story, renovated, pre-war tenement building.
The apartment (81 m²) consists of 4 rooms (living room, bedroom, two children's rooms), a large, bright bathroom, a hallway, and a kitchen. It needs refreshing, but generally, it does not require a general renovation.
The apartment has a cellar. There is also access to a shared attic and a bicycle storage room. The common areas include parking (in front of the tenement building) with parking spaces only for residents and a garden behind the building.
The apartment is in a very good location. On the same street, there is an elementary school and kindergarten, a small shop, and a bakery (with fresh bread after 8 PM). Larger stores are also nearby: Kaufland, Lidl, Biedronka, and Aldi. Close to Swiss Valley Park and Forest Park, as well as the MOSiR stadium with an indoor swimming pool and outdoor pool (skating rink in winter). Next to the tenement, there is a playground for children (sandbox, swings, slide). Near the house, there are two Czechowice bus stops. You can reach Bielsko-Biala by train from the Czechowice-Dziedzice railway station or by bus No. 50, and for those driving, there is quick access to DK1.
Monthly fixed costs: renovation fund 219.08 PLN, common property costs 129.08 PLN, central heating 334.30 PLN (to be settled after reading), waste disposal 19.00 PLN/person + water and sewage according to declared consumption.
Information for those from outside Czechowice-Dziedzice, even though the city no longer has a Match Factory, it is still a "city with enthusiasm" and great opportunities.
Please feel free to contact me.
