It is at the end of the staircase, so the windows and balconies face two sides, which provides a lot of light, but it also hardly ever heats up. It is on the first floor, but from the inside of the estate (closed), the balcony is at the level of the internal patio, which is ideal for children or pets.
The estate (built in 2007) is wonderful, quiet, with 24h security, intercoms, and great neighbors - for 15 years almost no disturbances, conflicts, or parties, but a lot of help when needed. It is right next to Lidl, Shell, South Hospital, post office, Żabka, Inpost parcel locker, bus stops, and a bit more than a kilometer from the Metro Imielin station. The estate is gated and has its own patio with a playground and sandbox in the middle. Its advantage is the proximity to the Warsaw bypass (POW), making it very easy to travel outside the city. And a large beautiful new linear park is being built just above the POW, perfect for walks.
The apartment is ready to move in immediately (I live in it), but after 15 years of use, it definitely needs a refresh of the walls or floors. Nearly all furniture and appliances I plan to leave, but can be removed if needed.
