For the part of the area marked with the symbol 8P:
- regarding the primary purpose within the areas mentioned in the introduction, production, storage, warehouses, wholesale, bases, and company stores with an area of up to 2000m2 as well as services are planned.
- regarding the permissible purpose, craft and administrative functions are established.
- regarding the supplementary purpose, the realization of educational functions and health protection for employees and their families, including the establishment of company kindergartens, is possible.
- the location of photovoltaic power plants and solar collectors as well as other installations of renewable energy sources is allowed.
- the realization of residential functions and collective residence is prohibited.
- access must be provided appropriately from local and internal roads.
For the part of the area marked with the symbol 1ZN:
- the areas mentioned in the introduction should be developed with low and high greenery in a way that minimizes the impact of production activities on living conditions.
- the use of the area for agricultural production, home greenery, gardens, and orchards is allowed.
- afforestation is allowed.
- a ban on construction is established, except for facilities related to the functioning of agricultural farms.
