We have started our next investment, which is Stage II of the Osiedle Swierkowe Zacisze in Zwoleń on Boleslawskich Street.

This project will consist of three modern buildings. The construction of the estate has been divided into three stages. The completion of the second stage and the handing over of the premises to new owners is planned for May 2025, and the next stages will be handed over successively according to the established schedule. The price of the premises depends on their size.
Units with smaller area cost 7200 PLN/m², while the purchase price of units over 60 m² is 6900 PLN/m².
Storage rooms attached to the units cost between 6000-7400 PLN each, depending on their size of 3 m² and 3.7 m².
For 12500 PLN each, you have the option to purchase an external parking space – which is not mandatory.

The apartments are RENT-FREE - low maintenance costs!!!
