Hello, I need to sell the apartment that I have had for the last 10 years. It is in good condition and all appliances are functional, and you can move in immediately. However, if I were to buy it, I would renovate it, as everything there (except for the washing machine, which is 3 years old) is over a dozen years old. The apartment comes with a garage - not a parking space but a locked garage in the basement. The garage is on the same land and mortgage register as the apartment. The price I am asking for is calculated as follows: 33 m2 x 12500/m2 = 412500 minus renovation 60000 = 352500 plus garage 40000 = 392500. The price is of course negotiable.
