APARTMENTS
Ultimately, the estate will feature 250 residential units in 4 buildings with five above-ground floors, equipped with 245 parking spaces in underground garages. The buildings will be equipped with spacious, quiet elevators. Apartment sizes range from 32m2 to 120m2 (duplex). Each apartment will have a garden, balcony, or terrace.
The investment is divided into stages. The first stage - building A has been completed and put into use. Stage II - building B with 63 residential units and 77 parking spaces located along Azaliowa street is planned to be finished by January 2025.
Subsequent stages include the construction of building C with 60 residential units and 86 parking spaces and building D with 64 residential units and 42 parking spaces. The whole will create a square with an internal usable area for residents.
The buildings will be equipped with installations for water supply, wastewater, rainwater, central heating, ventilation, electricity, air conditioning, lightning protection, and telecommunication systems.
Completion of all construction works for the investment is scheduled for December 2026.
The buildings will be executed using traditional technology.
Apartment finishing – developer standard:
The execution standard includes interior plastering prepared for finishing, poured concrete floors ready for laying additional finishing layers, and bathrooms prepared for wall coverings with ceramic tiles. Water and sewage installations with connections and central heating installations with installed radiators will be made in apartments, along with electrical and telecommunication installation including basic equipment such as sockets and switches.
The finishing of the common areas in the buildings will be of an elevated standard. It is anticipated that quiet elevators will be used, and natural stone will be applied as cladding in stairwells and corridors. Warm window and door joinery – partially aluminum will also be used.
The land around the building will be arranged so that part of the property is designated for exclusive use by buyers of apartments on the ground floor (the so-called front gardens) and the remaining parts will be arranged as common areas for all residents of the designed housing development. Small architectural elements such as benches and relaxation spots, as well as a playground including equipment such as a carousel or swings, are planned to be built.
