• Description of the subject of sale: Cooperative ownership right to the premises located in Zambrów, in the municipality of Zambrów, zambrowski county, podlaskie voivodeship, Bialostocka 20C lok.22 with an area of 60.8 m2, for which the District Court in Zambrów V Department of Land and Mortgage Registers keeps land and mortgage register no. LM1Z/00032884/4.
• Sales procedure: The sale specified in this announcement will be conducted in free hand mode through a competition of offers and oral auction, taking into account the provisions of bankruptcy law.
• Starting price (minimum): 279,054.75 (in words: two hundred seventy-nine thousand fifty-four 75/100) PLN, representing 75% of the estimated value according to the valuation made by a property appraiser.
• Sales conditions: Detailed sales conditions, including requirements regarding the offer and deposit payment obligations are specified in the Sale Regulations. The regulations and the valuation report are available in the office of the syndic Rafał Wojszko in Białystok, at Zwycięstwa 8 lok. 201, after prior appointment with the syndic, and in the case files kept in the KRZ information system (case signature BI1B/GUp-s/273/2024). The sales regulations and valuation report may be provided by the syndic via email after prior telephone contact with the syndic.
• Deadline for submitting offers: Offers along with the required documents (according to the regulations) must be submitted by July 10, 2025, by 3:00 PM, at the office of the syndic Rafał Wojszko in Białystok, at Zwycięstwa 8 lok. 201. An offer sent by mail is considered submitted on time if it arrives at the syndic's office by July 10, 2025, by 3:00 PM. Any offer received after the deadline will not be considered.

- the buyer covers all costs, taxes, and fees related to the sale of the subject of the proceedings and the conclusion of the contract in the form of a notarial deed,
