The syndic of the bankruptcy estate of a natural person not conducting business announces a tender - competition for the purchase of an asset of the bankruptcy estate in the form of: cooperative ownership right to a residential unit located in Chorzow at Witolda Budryka 1a/43, consisting of three rooms, a kitchen, a hallway, and a bathroom with a total area of 61.13 m2, for which the District Court in Chorzow maintains a land and mortgage register with the number KA1C/00017806/6 for a minimum price not lower than the amount of 289,948.60 PLN (two hundred eighty-nine thousand nine hundred forty-eight zlotys 60/100) net, i.e. excluding value-added tax. A person interested in participating in the tender can familiarize themselves with: the property valuation report, the Tender Regulations, other documents regarding the property, made available to the syndic by the bankrupt or obtained by the syndic during the bankruptcy proceedings, after sending a request to the email address indicated below. An offer that does not meet the requirements specified in the Tender Regulations, as well as one submitted after the deadline, will be rejected. An offer that meets the requirements specified in § 6 sec. 1 of the Tender Regulations, along with the attachments mentioned in § 6 sec. 2 of the Tender Regulations, should be placed in a closed, opaque envelope smaller than A4 format, and that envelope placed in a closed, opaque envelope not smaller than A4 format, on which only the case file number of the bankruptcy case KA1K/GUp-s/1390/2024 should be indicated along with the bidder's designation and the note "Offer for the purchase of real estate". A condition for participation in the tender is the payment of a deposit in the amount of 28,994.86 PLN (twenty-eight thousand nine hundred ninety-four zlotys 86/100). The deposit is made to the bank account of the bankruptcy estate with the number 20 1090 2590 0000 0001 6086 5892 - by August 13, 2025. The date of payment of the deposit is considered the date of crediting the above-mentioned bank account of the bankruptcy estate. The opening and consideration of offers submitted in the tender will take place on August 14, 2025, at 8:30 before notary Tomasz Basciuk or notary Jaroslaw Stejskal at the notary office - Notary Office Jaroslaw Stejskal, Tomasz Basciuk Civil Partnership, Rynek 19, 43-300 Bielsko-Biala - with the participation of the syndic or a person designated by him. The only criterion for selecting offers is the proposed purchase price of the property. In the event that the highest purchase price of the property is proposed by two or more bidders, at the time of opening the offers, the syndic will conduct an additional oral auction. The sale and acquisition of the share in the property will take place in the condition in which they are at the time of sale.
