The syndic of the bankruptcy estate invites offers for the sale of a share of 1/2 of the ownership rights to residential premises No. 7, located in Rawa Mazowiecka, at ul. Solidarności No. 18A, for which the District Court in Rawa Mazowiecka maintains Land and Mortgage Register No. LD1R/00040610/9 through a tender under the following conditions:

1. Starting price 171,720.00 PLN net

2. Written offers in Polish in sealed envelopes may be submitted by June 20, 2025, by 14:00 to the address: Bankruptcy estate syndic Wojciech Wisniewski, ul. Puszkina 80, building Q2, apartment 104, legal name, 92-516 Lodz, with a clear label on the envelope 'Offer for the purchase of property LD1M/GUp-s/455/2024'. The date of delivery of the offer to the specified address is decisive;

3. Participants in the competition must, under penalty of exclusion from the competition, pay a deposit of 10% of the starting price to the bankruptcy estate bank account maintained at Santander Bank Polska number 72 1090 2590 0000 0001 5048 6247, in the title of the transfer should be written 'deposit LD1M/GUp-s/455/2024';

4. Participants of the competition may be national and foreign natural persons and legal persons, as well as organizational units with legal capacity and capacity for legal acts;

5. Foreign entities are subject to the provisions of the Act on the acquisition of real estate by foreigners (Journal of Laws No. 167 of 2004, item 1758 as amended);

6. The competition is conducted by the bankruptcy estate syndic;

7. The syndic opens the offers in a commission and selects the most advantageous one or concludes that the competition has been closed without selecting any offers.

8. The opening and evaluation of the offers will take place in the syndic's office located at ul. Puszkina 80, building Q2, apartment 104, legal name, 92-516 Lodz, on June 23, 2025, at 10:45;

9. The announcement and the competition rules may be changed or canceled;

10. The competition may be closed without selecting any offers;

11. Only those offers that reached the indicated address by the end of the last day of submitting offers will be considered;

12. The participant of the competition is bound by the offer until the deadline specified by the syndic for concluding the contract;

13. All costs of concluding the sale contract are borne by the buyer;

14. The sale price, reduced by the deposited pledge, must be paid and credited to the bankruptcy estate account no later than the day before the contract is concluded;

15. The rules of the competition will be made available for inspection at the syndic's office in Lodz, at ul. Puszkina 80, building Q2, apartment 104, legal name, 92-516 Lodz, and on the internet portal.
