The subject of the sale is a 1/3 share in the ownership of a built-up land property located in Krzeczow (gm. Wierzchlas) at ul. Turystyczna 13, plot number 153 for which the District Court in Wielun, Division V of Land and Mortgage Registers, keeps land and mortgage register no. SR1W/00029871/2, constituting an asset of the bankruptcy estate of Katarzyna Hejne as a natural person not conducting business activity. The starting price of the item for sale in the Second bidding competition is 39,100.00 PLN (in words: thirty-nine thousand one hundred zlotys, 00/100). The starting price means the above price excluding VAT. The sale of a 1/3 share in the ownership of a built-up land property is carried out based on the Act of February 28, 2003 on Bankruptcy Law with subsequent amendments and the provisions of the Civil Code and is conducted in the form of a written bidding competition. Written offers in Polish or translated into Polish by a sworn translator in sealed envelopes preventing their opening with a clear and legible designation of the bidder, as well as with the note "Proceedings for the sale of a 1/3 share in the ownership of the debtor's property Katarzyna Hejne – KA1K/GUp-s/985/2024 – DO NOT OPEN", by the deadline of August 12, 2025 (the date of receipt of the shipment at the office is decisive), to the address: Office of the Syndic of the bankruptcy estate Radoslaw Paulewicz, ul. T. Kosciuszko 38/20, 40-048 Katowice. Offers must meet the requirements specified in the Regulations. A condition for participation in the organized sale in the form of a written bidding competition is the payment of a deposit in the amount of 10% of the starting price. The offers will be reviewed on August 13, 2025, at 11:00 AM at the Syndic's Office in Katowice at ul. T. Kosciuszko 38/20 in the presence of all interested parties. The selection of the most advantageous offer using the price criterion will be made by the syndic of the bankruptcy estate. The bidder whose price has been accepted will be immediately notified electronically of the choice made. Other bidders will also be informed of the outcome of the proceedings electronically. In the event that the submitted offers included the same bid price for the item for sale, it is planned to conduct an oral auction to select the bidder, with a bidding amount of 1,000.00 PLN.
