The subject of sale is a 1/4 share in the property located at ul. Dybowskiego 39/9 in Sosnowiec for which the District Court in Sosnowiec, VI Land Registry Department, maintains land and mortgage register no. KA1s/00059235/3.

The sale of the indicated share is conducted in the ongoing bankruptcy proceedings under case no. KA1K/GUp-s/740/2024, which was initiated by the decision of the District Court Katowice East in Katowice, Economic Department X on July 11, 2024, issued in the case with reference no.: KA1K/GU/996/2024.

The sale is conducted in the form of a written tender. The starting price of the item for sale is 80,125.00 PLN (in words: eighty thousand one hundred twenty-five zlotys, 00/100). The starting price is understood as the above price excluding VAT. The sale of ownership rights may occur for a price not lower than the indicated starting price.

HOW TO SUBMIT OFFERS

• written offers in Polish or translated into Polish by a sworn translator in sealed envelopes preventing their opening with a clear and legible indication of the bidder, as well as the note "Proceedings regarding the sale of a 1/4 share in the ownership of the debtor's residential premises Marcin Kazior – KA1K/GUp-s/740/2024 – DO NOT OPEN", by September 4, 2025 (the date of receipt of the shipment at the office counts, to the address: Office of the Bankruptcy Syndic Radoslaw Paulewicz, ul. T. Kosciuszki 38/20, 40-048 Katowice.
• the condition for participation in the organized sale in the form of a written tender is the payment of a deposit of 10% of the starting price;
• the deposit mentioned in the above point must be paid to the bank account of the Syndic maintained by Bank PKO B.P. with the number 20 1020 2313 0000 3202 0581 6329 (in the title of the transfer, the payer's data must be provided along with the note: deposit for the sale offer of the property in Sosnowiec, ul. Dybowskiego 39/9) by September 4, 2025, under the penalty of rejection of the offer (the date of receipt of the deposit on the indicated bank account of the bankruptcy estate counts);
• the deposit paid by the bidder whose offer has been accepted will be credited towards the purchase price, and the remaining bidders whose offers have not been accepted will have their deposits returned without interest within 7 days from the date of selection of the offers;
• the syndic will retain the deposit paid by the bidder whose offer has been accepted if the bidder does not pay the entire price or refuses to conclude the ownership transfer agreement.

2. The evaluation of offers will take place on September 5, 2025, at 11:00 at the Syndic's Office in Katowice at ul. T. Kosciuszki 38/20 in the presence of all interested parties.
