ANNOUNCEMENT

The syndic of the bankruptcy estate MOGIEŁKA Restructuring Advisory Ltd., appointed to perform this function in the bankruptcy proceedings conducted under the reference number VI GUp 56/22 by the District Court Gdansk-North in Gdansk, VI Economic Department, announces a tender for the sale of a share of 250/1000 parts in the ownership of the real estate, located in Reda at ul. Rzeczna 4, Wejherowo County, covered by land and mortgage register no. GD1W/00025896/5 maintained by the District Court in Wejherowo, IV Land and Mortgage Department, also including land plots no. 51/17, 51/18, 51/20, 51/23, 51/26 with a total area of 7,253 m², built with a two-storey utility building with a usable area of 131 m² and a greenhouse with a building area of 179 m².

1. Subject of the tender:

The subject of the tender is a share of 250/1000 parts in the ownership of the real estate described above.

The sale and acquisition of ownership rights to the property will take place in the condition it will be in on the day of sale.

2. Valuation report:

The valuation report of the property has been submitted to the bankruptcy proceedings VI GUp 56/22 conducted by the District Court Gdansk-North in Gdansk. A copy of the report is available at the Syndic's Office and will be provided to interested parties upon request – also in electronic form (.pdf).

3. Starting price:

The starting price is 156,400.00 PLN

(in words: one hundred fifty-six thousand four hundred zlotys 00/100).

4. Deadline for submitting offers:

Offers must be submitted by July 28, 2025 directly at the Syndic's Office at ul. Dworcowa 8/2, 84-200 Wejherowo, sent by registered mail (the date of receipt counts) or sent electronically to the email address: biuro@mogielka.pl.

Offers submitted electronically must be signed with a qualified electronic signature, personal signature, or trusted signature.

5. Deposit:

Participation in the tender requires a deposit of 15,640.00 PLN
