The syndic of the bankruptcy estate invites offers for the sale of a 3/4 share in the cooperative ownership right to a residential unit located in Głowno, at Sikorski Street, for which the KW is conducted KW no. LD1G/00088911/7 through an auction under the following conditions:

1. Starting price 150,795.50 PLN net

2. Written offers in Polish in sealed envelopes may be submitted by June 20, 2025, by 14:00 at the address: Syndic of the bankruptcy estate Wojciech Wisniewski, 80 Puszkina Street, building Q2, unit 104, right nawa, 92-516 Lodz, with a clear inscription on the envelope "Real estate purchase offer LD1M/GUp-s/974/2024". The date of delivery of the offer to the given address is decisive;

3. Participants in the competition should, under penalty of exclusion from the competition, pay a deposit of 10% of the starting price to the bank account of the bankruptcy estate held at Santander Bank Polska number 72 1090 2590 0000 0001 5048 6247, in the title of the transfer, please write "deposit LD1M/GUp-s/974/2024";

4. Participants of the competition may be domestic and foreign natural persons and legal entities as well as organizational units having legal capacity and capacity to perform legal acts;

5. Foreign entities are subject to the provisions of the act on the acquisition of real estate by foreigners (Journal of Laws No. 167 of 2004, item 1758, as amended);

6. The competition is conducted by the syndic of the bankruptcy estate;

7. The syndic opens the offers in commission and selects the most advantageous one or determines that the competition has been closed without selecting any offers.

8. The opening and consideration of the offers will take place at the office of the syndic located at 80 Puszkina Street, building Q2, unit 104, right nawa, 92-516 Lodz, on June 23, 2025, at 10:30;

9. The announcement and the rules of the competition may be amended or canceled;

10. The competition may be closed without selecting any offers;

11. Only those offers that have been received at the indicated address no later than the last day of submitting offers will be considered;

12. The participant of the competition is bound by the offer until the deadline specified by the syndic for the conclusion of the contract;

13. All costs of concluding the sale agreement shall be borne by the buyer;

14. The sale price, less the deposit paid, must be paid and credited to the bankruptcy estate's account no later than the day before the date of the contract;

15. The rules of the competition will be made available for inspection at the office of the syndic in Lodz, at 80 Puszkina Street, building Q2, unit 104, right nawa, 92-516 Lodz and on the internet portal.
