STARTING PRICE IS - 358,294.50 PLNCONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE COMPETITION OF OFFERS:
The prepared offer must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the note Competitive Offer - Case number – KR1S/GUp/111/2023 and delivered or sent by post by 23.09.2025 to the address of the Syndic's Office Jakub Taborski in Chrzanow (32-500), ul. Sadowa 4B (whereby the date of submission of the offer sent by post is considered the date of its dispatch at the postal facility).
Note! The envelope with the offer must be placed in a second envelope, which should only contain the recipient's details.
The opening of offers and selection of the bidder will take place on 30.09.2025 at 10:00 AM at the Syndic's office.
The written offer should include:
1. First name and surname, exact address, phone number (for individuals) or company name, exact address, phone, NIP, REGON, and a document confirming the legal status of the bidder, i.e. an excerpt from KRS or a certificate of entry in the business activity register,
2. Identification of the subject of the auction to which the offer pertains, including the land and mortgage register number,
3. The offered price expressed in words (indicating whether it is a gross or net amount),
4. Specification of the payment method (payment in cash or financing with a bank loan),
5. A written declaration that the bidder will cover the costs of the notarial sale agreement,
6. A written statement that the bidder has familiarized themselves with the factual and legal state of the subject of the auction and does not raise any objections to it,
7. A promise of permission from MSWiA for bidders who are foreigners and are required to obtain permission,
8. The bidder is obliged to submit a statement that they are not:
a) A syndic or judge-commissioner,
b) A representative of the bankrupt,
c) A spouse, ancestor, descendant, sibling, and in-laws in the same line or degree of the persons listed under a-b
9. The bidder, along with the offer, is obliged to pay a deposit as security in the amount of 10,000 PLN to the account PPKO BP 38 1020 2384 0000 9402 0065 9417 by 23-09-2025. In case of non-payment of the above amount, the offer will not be considered, and the deposit will be returned within 10 working days from the date of opening the offers.

The competition of offers will not take place if no offer meeting the conditions specified in the resolution is submitted. However, an offer submitted that meets the mentioned conditions binds the bidder until the end of the auction process. A period of four months is reserved for concluding the notarial agreement, counted from the moment of selecting the bidder. The syndic is not responsible for hidden defects. The delivery of the subject of the agreement to the buyer will take place on the day of signing the ownership transfer agreement.
The syndic reserves the right to change the conditions of the competition, as well as to cancel it without giving reasons. Subject to the powers of the judge-commissioner, the syndic reserves the right to conduct additional negotiations with bidders, the right to withdraw the subject from the competition, the right to withdraw from the sale at any time, and the right to invalidate the competition without giving reasons.
The sale price must be paid in full no later than the day before the conclusion of the sale agreement, whereby payment is considered made on the date of crediting the bank account. There is a possibility of financing the property with a bank loan, payment will be determined through the credit process with the syndic.
All costs associated with the transfer of ownership, including notarial fees, fees related to entries in the land and mortgage registers, taxes, and others are borne by the buyer. The notary office servicing the sale will be indicated by the syndic.
