BUSINESS ACTIVITY

The syndic of the bankruptcy estate of the debtor Andrzej Soltysik [PESEL: 68041607378], being a natural person not running business activity, in the bankruptcy proceedings conducted by the District Court in Gliwice, XII Economic Division, under case number: XII GUp 770/21, announces a written auction, the subject of which is the ownership right to the real estate built, located in the area of 0007 Rowien, plot no. 789/64, AM-1, with an area of 0.1212 ha, municipality of Zory, district of Zory, Silesian Voivodeship. For the subject property, a land and mortgage register has been established with number GL1X/00003047/2, maintained by the District Court in Zory, V Land and Mortgage Register Division.

Characteristics of the offer:

• The subject of the auction is the ownership right to the real estate built, located in the area of 0007 Rowien, plot no. 789/64, AM-1, with an area of 0.1212 ha, municipality of Zory, district of Zory, Silesian Voivodeship. For the subject property, a land and mortgage register has been established with number GL1X/00003047/2, maintained by the District Court in Zory, V Land and Mortgage Register Division.
• The starting price is an amount not less than 70% of the estimated value for forced sale resulting from the valuation report prepared by the property appraiser Sabina Ziolkowska on February 28, 2022, i.e. the amount 613,081.00 PLN. The sale price is subject to increase by the tax on goods and services [VAT] if such is due on the date of the transaction.
• The condition for participation in the auction is:
• submission of documents in a sealed envelope with a clear note "DO NOT OPEN - SOLTYSIK - AUCTION" personally at the office of the syndic Marcin Kubiczek in Chorzow (41-506), ul. Dzialkowa 8, from 8:00 to 19:00 [with the reservation that on the day of the auction until 14:00], or by mail (the date and time of receipt at the office of the syndic is decisive), by the deadline of September 18, 2025, by 12:00.
• prior payment of a deposit in the amount of 61,300.00 PLN to the bank account of the bankruptcy estate of Andrzej Soltysik with number: 34 8436 0003 0000 0026 8418 0001 [Bank MBS]. The recognition of the bank account of the bankruptcy estate must occur no later than the day before the opening of offers [by September 17, 2025]. All bank fees related to the transfer of the deposit are borne by the bidder.
• The evaluation of offers will take place at the office of the syndic Marcin Kubiczek in Chorzow (41-506) ul. Dzialkowa 8, on September 18, 2025, at 12:15. Each bidder is entitled to participate in the meeting where the offers will be evaluated.
• If the highest offers contain the same price or the highest prices differ by an amount up to 10% of the highest offer, the syndic will qualify these offers for an additional oral auction, which will take place in the same place (ul. Dzialkowa 8, 41-506 Chorzow), on the day of the auction result (September 18, 2025.). In the case of the auction, the bidding amount will be 1,000.00 PLN.
• The sale agreement will be concluded within a period set by the syndic, not exceeding three months from the date of the auction result.
