The syndic of the bankruptcy estate of Iwona Petrol appointed by the decision of the District Court Poznan Stare Miasto in Poznan dated 10.08.2023 in the proceeding currently pending under case number PO1P/GUp-s/1239/2023 announces the sale by free hand (bidding contest) and additionally at auction (oral tender) of the ownership right of a ½ share in the property located in Owińska at ul. Świerkowa 9, for the price most favorable for the bankruptcy estate, not less than 288,500 PLN (two hundred eighty-eight thousand five hundred zlotys). The subject of the sale is the ownership right of ½ share in the property in Owińska, for which the District Court Poznan Stare Miasto in Poznan V Division of Land and Mortgage Registers maintains land and mortgage book no: PO1P/00185458/9 along with the corresponding share in the ownership of the common property amounting to 8747/17303 recorded in the land and mortgage book no: PO1P/00076729/3, belonging to Iwona Petrol. Bids for acquisition in accordance with the Sales Regulations can only be submitted in writing (by mail or in person) by 11.07.2025 at 12:00 at the syndic's address: Andrzej Mietlarek Restrukturyzacje sp. z o.o., ul. Mlynksa 13/8, 61-730 Poznan. Opening of offers will take place on 15.07.2025 at 12:00, and any auction will take place immediately after the opening of offers. A condition for participating in the sales procedure is the deposit of an amount of 28,850 PLN (twenty-eight thousand eight hundred fifty zlotys) to the account indicated in the Sales Regulations by 11.07.2025. During the bidding process, all inquiries should be directed solely in writing to the correspondence address (ul. Mlynksa 13/8, 61 – 730 Poznan) or by email. General information regarding the sales procedure is provided in writing. The procedure is conducted in accordance with the Sales Regulations. The Sales Regulations and the valuation of the property may be made available by email or at the syndic's office after prior email arrangement of the date. The syndic reserves the right to withdraw from the sale without giving reasons or to close the bidding contest without deciding on the offer or change the regulations at any stage of the bidding process.
