The syndic of the bankruptcy estate Lokato Sp. z o.o. based in Warsaw announces a tender for the sale of real estate included in the bankruptcy estate:
real estate local number 12 located at ul. Kosciuszki number 10, precinct 0017 Kielce, Kielce County, Swietokrzyskie Voivodeship, for which a land and mortgage register KI1L/00159004/4 is maintained for an amount not less than the valuation amount, i.e. 410,000.00 PLN (in letters: four hundred ten thousand zlotys) net, i.e. 442,800.00 PLN gross (in letters: four hundred forty-two thousand eight hundred zlotys).
The condition for participation in the competition is the payment of a deposit of 41,000.00 PLN (in letters: forty-one thousand zlotys).
The deposit should be paid by transfer to the bank account of the bankruptcy estate number: 10 2490 0005 0000 45******* 1482 with the note "Competition Kielce ul. Kosciuszki 10/12 – Case file: WA1M/GUp/66/2024" by the last day of the deadline set for submitting offers, provided that the actual deadline for acknowledging the deposit amount in the above-mentioned bank account counts.
The deposit paid by the bidder whose offer has been selected will be credited towards the purchase price. In the event of failure to conclude the sales contract for reasons attributable to the bidder whose offer was selected, the deposit paid by him is non-refundable and will be included in the funds of the bankruptcy estate. The deposit paid by the bidder whose offer was not selected is refundable.
The offer along with the required documents should be placed in a sealed envelope, which should be placed in a second larger envelope. Each of these envelopes should be addressed to the indicated office with the case number: WA1M/GUp/66/2024 and the note: "DO NOT OPEN – COMPETITION OFFER Kielce ul. Kosciuszki 10/12 WA1M/GUp/66/2024 in the bankruptcy proceeding of Lokato Sp. z o.o." and contain precise marking of the offeror.
Offers for purchase must be submitted by the last possible date by 3.06.2025 at 15:00 at the law office of Attorney Przemyslaw Gierada ul. Swietego Leonarda 1/20, 25-311 Kielce.
Opening of offers will take place on 4.06.2025 at 13:00 at the law office of Attorney Przemyslaw Gierada ul. Swietego Leonarda 1/20, 25-311 Kielce
