Bukowska 122c, for the best price for the bankruptcy estate, not lower than 367,000 PLN (three hundred sixty-seven thousand złotys). The subject of sale is the ownership rights of the property located in Poznan, for which the District Court Poznan Stare Miasto in Poznan V Division of Land and Mortgage Registers maintains land and mortgage register number: PO1P/00134811/0 along with a share in the joint property amounting to 29/1000 of number KW: PO1P/00072823/4, belonging to Maciej Zielinski and Malwina Prus – Zielinska. The property is offered for sale as a whole. During the competitive proceedings, all inquiries should be directed exclusively in writing to the correspondence address (ul.
