The syndic of the bankruptcy estate of the Trading and Service Company Promesa Sp. z o. o. in bankruptcy based in Kielce announces a tender for the sale of: a) ownership rights to the land property located in Kielce at Batalionow Chlopskich Street consisting of land plot no. 324/20 (district 0004 Kielce) with an area of 0.1766 HA, for which the District Court in Kielce VI Land and Mortgage Register Department keeps land and mortgage register no. KI1L/00050255/4, built with a single-story commercial and warehouse building along with an attached closed steel shed and a two-story office and service building and a parking lot with a concrete surface listed in the inventory prepared by the syndic in item 2.1; b) ownership rights to the land property located in Kielce at Batalionow Chlopskich Street consisting of land plots no. 324/21 and 324/22 (district 0004 Kielce) with an area of 0.2584 HA, for which the District Court in Kielce VI Land and Mortgage Register Department keeps land and mortgage register no. KI1L/00175831/8, built with a warehouse building with an office and social part and a steel shed and a parking lot with a concrete surface listed in the inventory prepared by the syndic in item 2.3; c) ownership rights to the land property located in Kielce at Batalionow Chlopskich Street consisting of land plot no. 324/34 (district 0004 Kielce) with an area of 0.2013 HA, for which the District Court in Kielce VI Land and Mortgage Register Department keeps land and mortgage register no. KI1L/00142197/1, built with a warehouse building and a garage, listed in the inventory prepared by the syndic in item 2.4. The starting price of the subject of the tender is 5,817,687.00 PLN net (five million eight hundred seventeen thousand six hundred eighty-seven 00/100 zlotys), including: a. the starting price of the property mentioned in point a) is 1,733,089.00 PLN net (one million seven hundred thirty-three thousand eighty-nine 00/100 zlotys); b. the starting price of the property mentioned in point b) is 2,948,985.50 PLN net (two million nine hundred forty-eight thousand nine hundred eighty-five 50/100 zlotys); c. the starting price of the property mentioned in point c) is 1,135,612.50 PLN net (one million one hundred thirty-five thousand six hundred twelve 50/100 zlotys). The sale of the subject of the tender (individual properties mentioned in points a – c above), due to the necessity of submitting a declaration referred to in paragraph 6, letter v, item five of the sale conditions, will be subject to VAT at the rate of 23%. Interested parties should submit offers by the deadline of October 31, 2025, at the Notary Office of Sadel-Bendkowska, Agata Perczynska, Patrycja Kononczuk, Wojciech Zulawa sp. p.; ul. Okopowa 58/72, 01-042 Warsaw or send them to the address of this Notary Office by registered mail (the date of receipt of the offer at the Notary Office is decisive). The offer along with the required documents should be placed in a sealed envelope, which should be placed in a second, larger envelope. Each of these envelopes should be addressed to the aforementioned Notary Office with the case number: KI1L/GUp/43/2024 and the note: "DO NOT OPEN – TENDER OFFER (properties in Kielce) in the bankruptcy proceedings of the Trading and Service Company Promesa Sp. z o. o. in bankruptcy based in Kielce and contain the exact designation of the offeror. The offer, under penalty of rejection, should include, among others, proof of payment of the deposit in the amount of 715,575.00 (in words: seven hundred fifteen thousand five hundred seventy-five 00/100) PLN to the bank account of the bankruptcy estate of the Trading and Service Company Promesa Sp. z o. o. in bankruptcy based in Kielce at BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. with the number: 52 1600 1462 1711 7629 5000 0001, with the note "Tender – case number KI1L/GUp/43/2024" no later than the last day of the deadline for submitting offers, with the actual date of recognition of the deposit amount in the bank account being counted. The opening and consideration of offers will take place at a public meeting on November 5, 2025, at 10:00 AM in the building of the District Court in Kielce, V Economic Department Section for Bankruptcy and Restructuring, ul. Warszawska 44, 25-312 Kielce, in Room XXV. The valuation report prepared by property appraiser Andrzej Zalewski as of February 17, 2025, and submitted to the bankruptcy proceedings on April 28, 2025, is available for inspection in the case files under case number: KI1L/GUp/43/2024 and at the Syndic's Office Tycjan Saltarski – Al.
