Lubinska 2, Gmina Gora Kalwaria, Piaseczno County, Mazowieckie Voivodeship. As part of the owned share, the owner has the right to exclusive use of residential premises no. 23 with a usable area of 45.60 m2, located on the 1st floor of the building. A land and mortgage register no. WA5M/00377541/9 is established for the property, maintained by the District Court in Piaseczno, IV Land and Mortgage Register Department. The starting price is 207,826.40 PLN and constitutes 80% of the estimated value. The bidder is required to pay a deposit of 20,782.64 PLN to the bankruptcy estate's bank account number 48 1050 1054 1000 0097 0347 3034, titled: Deposit, case file WA2M/GUp-s/1545/2024, Lubna, ul. Lubinska. Written offers must be submitted or sent to the syndic's office (Lege Restrukturyzacje Sp. z o.o., Al. Reymonta 12A, 01-842 Warsaw) by August 5, 2025, at 16:00. The date and time of receipt are decisive. In the case of sending the offer by mail, the offer along with the required documents should be placed in an additional envelope marked "Offer - tender - WA2M/GUp-s/1545/2024 - Lubna, ul. The opening and review of offers will take place at the syndic's office on August 6, 2025, at 11:00. If more than one offer meeting the tender conditions is submitted, the syndic will order an auction (oral tender) among all present bidders. The auction is planned to start on August 6, 2025, at 13:00. The auction will be conducted online, using a video conferencing platform. The bidding increment in the auction will be 1,000.00 PLN.
