regarding the sale of property included in the bankruptcy estate in bankruptcy proceedings conducted under case numbers VI GUp 298/22/MB and GD1G/GUp/52/2023

by free hand in the form of a tender competition

the syndic of the bankruptcy estate established in the bankruptcy proceedings

conducted under case numbers VI GUp 298/22/MB and GD1G/GUp/52/2023

announces a written tender competition for the sale by free hand of the bankruptcy estate assets in the form of:

the ownership right to a developed land property located in the Gniezdzewo district, Puck municipality, Puck county, which consists of a land plot with the registration number 586 with an area of 1100m2, developed with two residential buildings with a total usable area of 419.46m2, for which the District Court in Wejherowo IV Land and Mortgage Register Department maintains a land and mortgage register under number GD2W/00006784/5, for a starting price not lower than 80% of the estimated market value, i.e. for a price not lower than the amount of 1,462,000.00 PLN (in words: one million four hundred sixty-two thousand zlotys 00/100).

The sale and acquisition of the property will take place in the condition it is in on the date of sale.

TERMS OF THE TENDER COMPETITION

The detailed terms of the tender competition are specified in the Regulations of the tender competition, which are available for inspection by interested parties at the syndic's office in Wejherowo at ul. Przemyslowa 35A building B on weekdays from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. The Regulations of the tender competition, at the request of bidders, are also made available by the syndic via email. A necessary condition for participation in the tender competition is, among others, a written statement of having read and accepted the terms of the Regulations of the tender competition.

• Bids must be submitted by September 10, 2025 in person at the syndic's office in Wejherowo at ul. Przemyslowa 35A building B or by mail (the date of receipt of correspondence at the syndic's office counts).
• Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes, in a manner that prevents access to their content.

• A deposit of 150,000.00 PLN payable by bank transfer to the bankruptcy estate's bank account indicated in §5 sec. 2 of the Regulations of the tender competition.
• The deposit must be paid no later than on September 10, 2025 under the penalty of rejecting the bid. The date of payment is considered the date of receipt of the deposit to the bank account indicated in §5 sec. 2 of the Regulations of the tender competition.
• The opening and review of bids will take place at a public meeting on September 12, 2025 at 9:00 AM at the syndic's office located in Wejherowo at ul. Przemyslowa 35A building B.
• The subject of the tender competition can be viewed by arranging a visit by phone at 602 281 889 from the date of publication of the announcement until the day before the last day for submitting bids.
