Syndic of the Bankruptcy Estate in the bankruptcy proceedings of a natural person not conducting business announces the sale by private treaty, based on a tender:

Residential property no. 2, located in a multi-family residential building at Grodziszcze 67A, municipality of Swidnica, Swidnica County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship. The subject residential unit has a usable area of 87.53 m2, situated on the first and second floors of the building. The unit consists of a room, kitchen, and bathroom (on the ground floor) and two rooms (on the first floor). The unit is associated with storage room no. 1 with an area of 10.85 m2 and storage room no. 2 with an area of 7.50 m2 located on the ground floor of the building. The ownership of the unit is associated with a share (1730/10000) in the common property, which consists of the land and parts of the building and devices that are not exclusively for the use of the unit owners. For this residential property, the District Court in Swidnica, V Land and Mortgage Register Department, maintains land and mortgage register no. SW1S/0074224/1

The starting price of the property is – 94,000.00 PLN (in words: ninety-four thousand zlotys 00/100)

The condition for participating in the tender is to submit a written unconditional offer and pay a deposit.

Offers must be submitted by August 31, 2025, by 6:00 PM (the date of receipt counts) in a sealed envelope to the address:

The offer must be sent by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt

The syndic, in the event of several offers being submitted, in which the prices are equal to at least the minimum price and differ from each other by no more than 5%, reserves the right to conduct an auction among the bidders to select the offer with the highest price.

The property valuation report, sales regulations, including the conditions for paying the deposit and submitting the offer, are available for inspection at the Syndic's Office in Wroclaw at ul. Semaforowa 23D/2, 52-115 Wroclaw, after prior telephone contact or via email after sending an inquiry to the syndic's address

All costs of concluding the contract are borne by the buyer.

The syndic reserves the right to cancel the tender without giving reasons.
