1. The bankruptcy trustee invites offers for the purchase of a component of the bankruptcy estate in the form of a share of 1/2 in the ownership of residential premises no. 5 with a usable area along with the area of related rooms of 45.5m², located in Elblag at ul. Grochowska 12A, for which the District Court in Elblag maintains KW no. EL1E/00048364/0 for a starting price not lower than 81,600 PLN (in words: eighty-one thousand six hundred zlotys 00/100). 2. The property valuation report is available for inspection at the Trustee's Office: Trustee Milena Bernacka-Stachnialek, ul. Wyszyńskiego 31J lok. 3, 14-200 Iława. The report can also be made available electronically along with the competition regulations. 3. The offer competition consists of sending a written unconditional offer (in Polish) specifying the offered price (not lower than the starting price) to the Trustee's Office (Trustee Milena Bernacka-Stachnialek, ul. Offers can be submitted until September 5, 2025, and the decisive date is the date of receipt of the written offer or email to the Trustee's Office (not the date of sending). 5. The bidder submitting the purchase offer undertakes to pay the offered price and the due taxes, costs, and fees related to the acquisition of the above property. 6. A condition for participation in the offer competition is the payment of a deposit of 10% of the starting price indicated in §2 of the Regulations, i.e. 8,160 PLN (in words: eight thousand one hundred sixty zlotys 00/100). The bidder may submit only one offer, under penalty of exclusion from the competition. 8. The offer, under penalty of exclusion from the competition, must contain all elements specified in the competition regulations. 9. Offers contrary to the conditions of the regulations or incomplete may be rejected and will not be considered in the resolution of the competition. 10. The competition is valid even if only one offer is submitted. 11. The winner of the competition is obliged to pay the entire price before concluding the ownership transfer agreement - within the time specified by the Trustee, under penalty of withdrawal by the Trustee, with the decisive factor being the receipt of the price in the bankruptcy estate account. The costs of concluding the sale agreement are borne by the buyer.
