The opinion of the expert appraiser and the regulations of the tender for the subject property are available for inspection at the Syndic's Office and can also be sent upon providing an email address. 1. The syndic of the bankruptcy estate invites offers for the purchase of a component of the bankruptcy estate in the form of a 1/2 share in a real estate property built with a single-family residential building in a semi-detached layout with a usable area of 93.38 m2 and an outbuilding with a usable area of 21.5 m2, located in Lidzbark Warminski at Morska Street 9, plot no. 138 - precinct 4 of the City of Lidzbark Warminski, lidzbarski county, for which the District Court in Lidzbark Warminski, IV Land and Mortgage Register Department maintains land and mortgage register no. OL1L/00009927/7. The starting price is set at no less than 95,750.00 PLN (in words: ninety-five thousand seven hundred fifty zlotys 00/100). 2. The property valuation report is available for inspection at the Syndic's Office: Syndic Milena Bernacka-Stachnialek, Wyszynskiego Street 31J, apartment 3, 14-200 Ilawa. The report can also be provided electronically. 3. The tender consists of sending an unconditional written offer (in Polish) to the Syndic's Office (Syndic Milena Bernacka-Stachnialek, Wyszynskiego Street 31J, apartment 3, 14-200 Ilawa), meeting all elements according to the Tender Regulations, including specifying the offered price (not lower than the starting price), with a clear inscription on the envelope: "DO NOT OPEN - PURCHASE OFFER - Lidzbark Warminski (1/2 share)". The Tender Regulations along with the offer template can be provided electronically. 4. A condition for participation in the Tender is the payment of a deposit of 10% of the starting price indicated in §2 of the Regulations, i.e. the amount of 9,575 PLN (in words: nine thousand five hundred seventy-five zlotys 00/100). The deposit is payable by bank transfer to the account of Danuta Szupienko in bankruptcy 80 9484 1121 3009 0123 6113 0001 by September 11, 2025 (the date of receipt of the deposit on the bankruptcy estate account counts). The deposit must be paid no later than at the time of submitting offers, under penalty of rejection of the offer. 5. Offers can be submitted until September 12, 2025, and the decisive factor is the date of receipt of the written offer at the Syndic's Office (not the date of sending). 6. By submitting a purchase offer, the bidder undertakes to pay the offered price and the applicable taxes, costs, and fees related to the acquisition of the aforementioned property. 7. The bidder may submit only one offer, under penalty of exclusion from the competition. 8. The offer, under penalty of exclusion from the competition, must contain all elements specified in the Tender Regulations. 9. Offers contrary to the conditions of the regulations or incomplete may be rejected and will not be considered in the resolution of the competition. 10. The competition is valid even if only one offer is submitted. 11. The winner of the competition is obliged to pay the entire price before concluding the ownership transfer agreement - within the deadline set by the Syndic, under penalty of withdrawal by the Syndic, with the decisive factor being the receipt of the price in the bankruptcy estate account. The costs of concluding the sale agreement are borne by the buyer. This offer is for informational purposes, and detailed information is contained in the report prepared by the expert appraiser and the Tender Regulations - available at the Syndic's Office and via email.
