• in developed land with production and warehouse buildings within the boundaries of plots no. 65/5, 155 AM-1 in the Prusy district, Kondratowice municipality, Strzelinski County with a total area of 27,950 m2, for which the District Court in Strzelin, IV Land and Mortgage Register Department maintains land and mortgage register no. WR1T/00001045/2, for a price not lower than 179,100 PLN, including:
• share of ½ in plot no. 65/5 with an area of 1.9823 ha for a price not lower than 162,200 PLN,
• share of ½ in plot no. 155 with an area of 0.8127 ha for a price not lower than 16,900 PLN,
