1. The bankruptcy trustee invites offers for the purchase of an asset of the bankruptcy estate in the form of: - a share of 23/32 in the ownership of residential property No. 3, located in a multi-family building No. 9 in the town of Rejsyty in the Rychliki commune in the Elblag district along with a share of 5129/32000 in the common property covered by KW No. EL1E/00055461/2. For the subject premises, the District Court in Elblag, VI Land and Mortgage Register Department maintains KW No. EL1E/00060869/0 for a starting price of no less than 49,600 PLN (in words: forty-nine thousand six hundred zlotys 00/100), - a share of 23/32 in the land property consisting of a plot No. 206 built with a farm building and an undeveloped plot No. 208. The property is located in the Wopity area in the Rychliki commune in the Elblag district. For the property, the VI Land and Mortgage Register Department of the District Court in Elblag maintains land and mortgage register No. EL1E/00060870/0 for a price of no less than 13,300 PLN (in words: thirteen thousand three hundred zlotys 00/100). 2. The property valuation report is available for inspection at the Trustee's Office: Trustee Milena Bernacka-Stachnialek, ul. Wyszyńskiego 31J lok. 3, 14-200 Iława. The offer competition consists of sending a written unconditional offer (in Polish) to the Trustee's Office (Trustee Milena Bernacka-Stachnialek, ul. Offers can be submitted until August 29, 2025, and the decisive date is the date of receipt of the written offer or email to the Trustee's Office (not the date of sending). 5. The bidder submitting the purchase offer undertakes to pay the offered price and the applicable taxes, costs, and fees related to the acquisition of the above-mentioned property. 6. A condition for participation in the offer competition is the payment of a deposit of 10% of the starting price indicated in §2 of the Regulations. The deposit must be paid no later than at the time of submitting offers, under penalty of rejection of the offer. 7. The bidder may submit only one offer, under penalty of exclusion from the competition. 8. The offer, under penalty of exclusion from the competition, must contain all elements specified in the competition regulations. 9. Offers contrary to the conditions of the regulations or incomplete may be rejected and will not be considered in the resolution of the competition. 10. The competition is valid even if only one offer is submitted. 11. The winner of the competition is obliged to pay the entire price before concluding the ownership transfer agreement - within the time specified by the Trustee, under penalty of withdrawal by the Trustee, with the decisive factor being the receipt of the price in the bankruptcy estate account. The costs of concluding the sale agreement are borne by the buyer.
