The syndic of the bankruptcy estate of a natural person not conducting business announces a tender - competition for the purchase of an asset of the bankruptcy estate in the form of: a share of 3/32 in the cooperative ownership right to residential premises no. 32 located at ul. Kisielewskiego 12 in Sosnowiec, which is part of the housing resources of the Housing Cooperative "Hutnik" in Sosnowiec, for which no land and mortgage register has been established for a minimum price not lower than the amount of 17,559.00 PLN (seventeen thousand five hundred fifty-nine zlotys) net, i.e. excluding value added tax. A person interested in participating in the tender can familiarize themselves with: the property valuation report, the Tender Regulations, other documents regarding the property, made available to the syndic by the bankrupt or obtained by the syndic during the bankruptcy proceedings, after sending a request to the email address indicated below. A condition for participation in the tender is the payment of a deposit of 1,755.90 PLN (one thousand seven hundred fifty-five zlotys 90/100). The date of payment of the deposit is considered the date of crediting the above-mentioned bank account of the bankruptcy estate. The only criterion for selecting offers is the proposed purchase price of the property. In the event that the highest purchase price of the property is proposed by two or more bidders, at the time of opening the offers, the syndic will conduct an additional oral auction.
