The syndic of the bankruptcy estate of an individual running no business in bankruptcy proceedings Ref. No. LD1M/GUp/10/2023 invites you to participate in the bidding contest.

The subject of the sale is property number 5/6 - an independent residential unit, located in a multi-family residential building situated in Lodz at Zamenhofa 18 street.

The starting price is 912,000.00 PLN (in words: nine hundred twelve thousand zlotys 00/100 gr).

Written offers must be submitted in Polish personally or by mail in a sealed envelope by July 16, 2025, at 3:00 PM, to the address: Legal Counsel Office Ewa Frontczak, Piotrkowska 177 A lok. 1, 90-447 Lodz, with a clear note on the envelope: “Property purchase offer - Lodz, Zamenhofa 18 street”.

A security deposit of 10% of the starting price must be paid to the bankrupt's account held by Santander Bank Poland S.A. No.: 56 1090 2705 0000 0001 5393 4060. A proof of payment of the security deposit must be attached to the offer.
