The apartment has undergone an expensive, comprehensive renovation

In the neighborhood, there are only calm, friendly residents, which creates a unique atmosphere. There are no dogs in the entire block, no children, there is 1 cat on the 2nd floor (very well-kept), no pathology or unpleasant neighbors. Neighbors are nice, friendly, and very kind.

Heating comes from the local boiler room and is included in the rent.
