The bankruptcy administrator of Tomasz Wesołowski – a natural person not running a business announces the sale by private treaty (in the form of a tender competition) and invites offers for the acquisition of a 1/1 share belonging to the bankrupt Tomasz Wesołowski in the right of separate ownership of premises no. 23 located at the property – ul. Umińskiego 11B in Poznań, with an area of 76.3 m2, for which the District Court Poznań-Stare Miasto in Poznań, Department VI of Land and Mortgage Registers, maintains land register no. PO2P/00215038/6, associated with this right of separate ownership of the premises is a share of 7630/158584 in the ownership right of the land property - ul. Umińskiego 11B in Poznań, for which the District Court Poznań-Stare Miasto in Poznań, Department VI of Land and Mortgage Registers, maintains land register no. PO2P/00090738/0.

The offered purchase price of the property cannot be less than the amount of 880,000.00 (in words: eight hundred eighty thousand zlotys 00/100) zlotys. The deposit is 10% of the property valuation and amounts to 88,000.00 (in words: eighty-eight thousand three hundred 00/100) zlotys.

The deadline for submission of offers expires on June 25, 2025. The opening of offers will take place on June 26, 2025.
