The insolvency administrator in the proceedings conducted under the signature VIII GUp 619/20 announces a competition for the sale of the property included in the bankruptcy estate. I. Subject of sale: local property located in the locality of Swiniarsko no 255/1, gmina Chelmiec, covered by land and mortgage register no NS1S/00100055/4. The starting price is 363,772.00 PLN (in words: three hundred sixty-three thousand seven hundred seventy-two zloty 00/100 groszy). II. Conditions for participation in the competition: 1.
