NOTICE OF TENDER

The syndic of the bankruptcy estate of Eleonora Jachimek, a natural person not conducting business activity, in the case with reference number VI GUp 54/20, announces a written tender offer for the sale:

of the ownership rights to a residential property located in the Pomeranian Voivodeship, Gdansk, Przymorze district, at Prezydenta Lecha Kaczynskiego 30 A-I K-M, with a usable area of 45.00 m2, for which the District Court Gdansk-Północ in Gdansk, III Land and Mortgage Register Department, maintains land and mortgage register number GD1G/00202603/6, detailed in the Valuation Report - regarding the determination of the market value of the residential property located in the Pomeranian Voivodeship, city of Gdansk, Przymorze district, at Prezydenta Lecha Kaczynskiego 30 A-I K-M, KW number GD1G/00202603/6, dated 04.04.2025, for a starting price not lower than the amount of 570,000.00 PLN (in words: five hundred seventy thousand zlotys 00/100).

The organizer of the tender is the bankruptcy estate syndic Maria Wiktorowicz.

Offers must be submitted by August 29, 2025, in person at the office of the VI Economic Department of the District Court Gdansk-Północ in Gdansk at ul. Piekarnicza 10, 80-126 Gdansk or by mail.

Offers must be submitted in sealed envelopes, in a manner that prevents access to their content.

TENDER-OFFER TO PURCHASE REAL ESTATE

The words "TENDER-OFFER TO PURCHASE REAL ESTATE" should be written on the envelope in RED.

A condition for participation in the tender is the payment of a deposit in the amount of 57,000.00 PLN.

The deposit is payable by bank transfer to the bankruptcy estate's bank account:

In the title of the transfer, please add the note "deposit – VI GUp 54/20

The deposit must be paid no later than August 29, 2025, under penalty of rejection of the offer. The date of payment is considered the date of receipt of the deposit in the indicated bank account.

The opening and review of offers will take place at a public meeting on September 4, 2025, at 9:00 AM in the building of the District Court Gdansk-Północ in Gdansk at ul. Piekarnicza 10, 80-126 Gdansk in Room B65, building B.

The Tender Regulations will be available for inspection by interested parties at the syndic's office in Gdansk at ul. Obrońców Westerplatte 24/9 on weekdays from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM and in the Secretariat of the VI Economic Department of the District Court Gdansk-Północ in Gdansk at ul. Piekarnicza 10 during court hours.

The subject of the tender can be viewed, after arranging a visit by phone at 508 367 502 from the date of publication of the announcement until the day before the last day for submitting offers from Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Tender documentation will be kept at the District Court Gdansk-Północ in Gdansk in the Secretariat of the VI Economic Department at ul. Piekarnicza 10.

Offers submitted for the tender and the related documentation are not subject to return and remain in the bankruptcy files.
