TECHNICAL INFORMATION OF THE TENEMENT HOUSE:

Building from 1920 of masonry construction, which contains 3 residential units, entrance secured with intercom. The external walls are 2-layer masonry with red brick (one layer of brick, dilation, second layer of brick) with a thickness of about 40cm. In 2020, insulation with polystyrene of the external facade and its renewal. The internal load-bearing walls have variable thickness of 28cm and 40cm, internal partition walls 17cm. Concrete ceilings on the ground floor with a thickness of 30cm and wooden on the floors with a thickness of 30cm. The building is situated on concrete foundation walls.

In 2010, all windows were replaced except for the basement windows with new PVC double-glazed windows. Flat roof covered with felt, in 2023 the roof and chimney were repaired. Gravity ventilation, masonry chimneys separately for each residential unit.

The building is equipped with installations:

Water supply installation - 1 main meter, and each unit has an individual sub-meter for billing.
Sewage installation - common for all units, billing according to water consumption.
Electrical installation - each unit has its own meter for billing consumption with the manager, and new fuses. On the ground floor in 2023, the entire electrical installation was replaced with copper, in the other 2 units the old electrical installation.
