The apartment is currently rented, we can sell it in 3 options to choose from:
1. with an active rental agreement, with a tenant and management service - as a completely passive investment
2. less passively - still with a tenant, an active rental agreement, and without management service
3. we can also offer the tenant another apartment and move him to another apartment, selling the apartment empty.
Furniture matters - to be discussed - we would prefer to leave it as is.
The current rental agreement ends in December 2025 and amounts to nearly 1800 PLN + charges. The latter to administration amounts to 1007 PLN with full advances for water, garbage, and heating, with 3 tenants. Additionally, there is also electricity and gas according to consumption.
