8. Provisions regarding communication systems and technical infrastructure:
- water supply - from the water supply network, according to the conditions of the network manager, individual water intakes are allowed;
- electricity supply from the power grid;
- sewage disposal - to the sanitary sewer;
- until the implementation of the sanitary sewer network, the use of tight tanks for waste and systems for treating sewage and rainwater is allowed;
- rainwater drainage - on the plot;
- heat supply - the use of individual and local heating systems based on non-intrusive sources of energy for the environment;
- servicing communication areas - designed access from public roads, communication connections with neighboring areas are allowed.
9. Provisions regarding temporary development and arrangement of areas - maintaining agricultural and forestry management on areas designated by the plan is allowed without setting a deadline.
10. Provisions regarding the percentage rate that forms the basis for determining the fee according to Article 36 paragraph 4 of the Act on Planning and Spatial Management - a rate of 30% is established.
