§38. In areas marked with the symbols of MNU designation, the following conditions for satisfying parking needs are established:
1) parking needs for existing and planned investments must be realized exclusively on the location's own land;
2) for service functions, a minimum of 3 parking spaces per 100 m2 of usable area and 35 spaces per 100 employees or users must be provided;
3) it is established that for single-family housing, a minimum of 2 parking spaces must be provided for 1 residential unit;
4) for tourist service functions, which foresee the rental of accommodation rooms, a minimum of 1 parking space must be provided for 2 accommodation places.
§39. In areas marked with the symbols of MNU designation, the following principles for servicing technical infrastructure are established:
1) all building plots, structures, and buildings must be connected to the electricity network and have an electrical connection that allows for the consumption of electricity sufficient for the service of the function and method of development and building of the plot;
2) the electricity network, especially medium and low voltage, should be, as far as technical and economic possibilities allow, implemented as underground;
3) all building plots, structures, and buildings must be connected to the water supply network and have a water connection that allows for water consumption in accordance with the function and method of development;
4) all buildings must be connected to the sewage network and have a sewage connection that allows for the discharge of sanitary sewage to a sufficient degree for the service of the function and method of development and building of the plot;
5) until the implementation of the water supply and sewage networks, the use of individual water intakes and tight sewage tanks emptied by appropriate companies is allowed. Wells and tight sewage tanks must be located according to appropriate special regulations and removed after the implementation of the general networks;
6) sewage will be discharged through the sewage network to the sewage treatment plant;
7) all buildings must have collective or individual sources of heat supply sufficient for proper use in accordance with the function.
