PLOT PURPOSE: By decision No. 62 of the President of the City of Częstochowa, this plot has the following building and land development conditions: 1. The area does not require obtaining permission to change the use of agricultural land for non-agricultural purposes. ACCESS TO PUBLIC ROAD: The plot has access to the public road of county category Korkowa Street through a designated and hardened internal road on two plots numbered 495/3 and 719. The road plot No. 495/3 is co-owned by the current owners.
