Maintaining the apartment is very cheap - heating in winter is MINIMAL.

The apartment has a living area of approximately 75 sq. m. and a total usable area of about 100 sq. m. located at Wroclawska 26, Nadodrze district, 850m to the market. The location is perfect for those who appreciate being close to everything.

The apartment is located in a tenement house, which has recently undergone a major renovation - hydro-insulation, thermal insulation, revitalization, and hardening of the backyard, renovation of the staircase.

Additionally, a backup boiler (sometimes ECO has to shut something off or it breaks down, and you can make your own warm water) and heated floor (and if someone does not like it, there is also a radiator).

Together with the apartment, we sell 3 storage rooms (2 above ground and one underground) with a total area of about 25 sq. m. The storage rooms underwent a major renovation last year and are currently a dry and clean storage space (furnishing can be negotiated).

In total, this gives approximately almost the same sq. m. for the apartment and holding stuff.

Generally, everything has been renovated and refreshed on an ongoing basis. The apartment is well thought out and functional (of course, as it was convenient for us). We are selling it due to the desire to move out of the city. Of course, because we live there, we are aware that certain things will need slight refreshing (because, for example, we will take a frame off the wall and maybe a mark will remain), but the scale of things to be done is minimal.
