The apartment is located in a tenement house, which has recently undergone a major renovation - hydro-insulation, thermal insulation, revitalization, and hardening of the backyard, renovation of the staircase.

The area around the tenement house is organized, fenced, with plantings. In a part of the hardened area, there is a parking space belonging to the apartment (parking behind a barrier, thus exclusively for residents). Importantly, the entire area is MONITORED.

The apartment is located on the ground floor and consists of 3 rooms, a separate kitchen, a bathroom, and a hallway (layout is functional, not a walk-through). The finish is mostly of high standard, materials from the upper shelf, custom-made furniture, generally made for ourselves without saving. New electrical installation (power), new central heating installation. On the walls are smooth finishes and Magnat paints, on the floors are gres/panels, in the windows of the rooms are external anti-burglary blinds, suspended ceilings, and air conditioning. Several years old anti-burglary doors. Central heating, electricity, water, sewer, Internet. Gas is in the building, but we opted out of connecting it in the apartment.

In the kitchen of 12.5 sq. m., there are fitted furniture (large set) and appliances: oven, dishwasher, induction hob, refrigerator, washing machine, and microwave. Everything in working order and good quality. Condition very good. The kitchen also has a dining area: table and chairs.

The bathroom of 5.3 sq. m. has recently undergone a major renovation. Ideal condition. Large bathtub, shower curtain, faucet with shower and rain showerhead. Built-in cabinets (lots of space). Additionally, a backup boiler (sometimes ECO has to shut something off or it breaks down, and you can make your own warm water) and heated floor (and if someone does not like it, there is also a radiator).

The sunny living room has an area of approximately 16 sq. m. with complete furnishing (display cabinet, dresser, corner sofa with sleeping function, poufs), as well as a fireplace (accessories + wood supply included). Additionally, there is also an electric drop screen (home cinema at its finest).

Cozy bedroom with an area of 15 sq. m. consisting of a loft (area 4.5 sq. m., height 0.9m) and custom-built stairs (again, lots of space for stuff). There is also the option to leave a dresser with changing table (custom-made) and a bedside crib (Chicco next to me). The ceiling has a space designated for a projection screen of the same dimensions as in the living room. Additionally, sound system.

Room (currently functioning as a children's room) with an area of about 14 sq. m. with a huge built-in wardrobe. Also recently renovated.

Hallway with an area of 12 sq. m., with 2 built-in wardrobes.

Together with the apartment, we sell 3 storage rooms (2 above ground and one underground) with a total area of about 25 sq. m. The storage rooms underwent a major renovation last year and are currently a dry and clean storage space (furnishing can be negotiated).

In total, this gives approximately almost the same sq. m. for the apartment and holding stuff.

Generally, everything has been renovated and refreshed on an ongoing basis. The apartment is well thought out and functional (of course, as it was convenient for us). We are selling it due to the desire to move out of the city. Of course, because we live there, we are aware that certain things will need slight refreshing (because, for example, we will take a frame off the wall and maybe a mark will remain), but the scale of things to be done is minimal.

The apartment DOES NOT HAVE a balcony.
