The aim of the project is to build breeding facilities - trout farming with a target production of 150 tons of fish per year with a water intake of 200l/s at the intake point. (possibility to increase production to over 200 tons/year). It is planned to construct 10 reinforced concrete fry ponds measuring 30.00 x 5.00m and a depth of 1.20m with designated quiet zones at the outlet from the pond through steel grates, 3.75m long. The climatic and environmental conditions allow for trout farming using numerous rivers and streams found in Poland. Farmed trout does not significantly differ in meat quality from fish caught from the natural environment. Rainbow trout is a healthy fish. It contains a lot of B vitamins, vitamin A, and D. It is rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids, minerals, especially phosphorus, potassium, and selenium. The demand for rainbow trout exists year-round in Poland and abroad.

Plot no. 282 has an area of 0.1615 ha and contains a forge building from the 19th century. The forge dates back to the 19th century. It is a single-story free-standing building with a compact form, with an attic. It has stone foundations. The external walls are made of solid brick in a cross bond, while the internal ones are made of ceramic brick. The facade is symmetrical, three-axis, with risalits on the sides. Building conditions have been issued for the reconstruction of the manor forge into a training and recreational center with a residential unit, garage, and boiler room.
